ABIERTO EL PLAZO DE INSCRIPCIÓN PARA LA ASISTENCIA AL CONVENTO GENERAL DEL CONSEJO INTERNACIONAL E INVESTIDURA DE LA ORDO SUPREMUS MILITARIS TEMPLI HIEROSOLYMITANI (OSMTH-OSMTJ)
Desde hoy ya es posible remitir los boletines (formularios) de inscripción para asistir a la reunión del Consejo Internacional de la Orden Soberana y Militar del Temple de Jerusalem y a la Investidura Internacional que, con ocasión de esta importante reunión, tendrá lugar en la ciudad española de Granada el próximo sábado 8 de septiembre. PROCEDIMIENTO PARA ASISTENCIA DE LOS PRIORATOS Y GRANDES PRIORATOS DE LA OSMTH-OSMTJ A la reunión del Convento General del Consejo Internacional de la Ordo Supremus Militaris Templi Hierosolymitani (OSMTH-OSMTJ), que tendrá lugar el sábado 8 de septiembre a las 10:30 horas, sólo podrán asistir los Prioratos y Grandes Prioratos reconocidos, así como aquellos que fuesen invitados expresamente. La sala de la reunión estará provista de un sistema de traducción simultánea en español, francés e inglés, que permitirá la perfecta compresión entre los asistentes y la grabación de la sesión. Por problemas técnicos y de espacio sólo se permitirá la asistencia de 2 miembros por delegación (titular y suplente). Para poder asistir a la reunión se expedirán las oportunas acreditaciones identificativas que habrá que exhibir claramente a los miembros de seguridad destacados en la sala de reuniones. Los Prioratos y Grandes Prioratos que asistan deberán remitir por fax (se indica el número en el formulario) el Boletín de Inscripción del Priorato, se envía por correo, siguiendo las indicaciones que en él aparecen, cumplimentando claramente todos y cada uno de los datos que se solicitan. Además se deberá adjuntar, para expedir la acreditación de acceso a la sala, una foto de cada uno de los asistentes en formato jpg (no más de 1 Mb) al correo sevilladeportes@viajeseci.es a nombre de la señorita Susana Fashho o el señor Claudio Humanes (en el campo asunto del correo), indicando en el nombre del archivo el nombre de la persona a la que pertenece (deberá corresponder con el nombre indicado en el formulario) e indicando en el texto del correo electrónico “Asistencia Convento General Ordo Supremus Militaris Templi Hierosolymitani (OSMTH-OSMTJ). El pago de los 50 € de inscripción de cada Priorato o Gran Priorato, sólo 50 € por Priorato o Gran Priorato, dará lugar a la confirmación por parte de la Organización la asistencia. Rogamos se sigan estrictamente los pasos que se indican para mejor agilidad y control. PROCEDIMIENTO PARA ASISTENCIA DE LOS MIEMBROS INVESTIDOS, POSTULANTES, FAMILIARES Y AMIGOS DE LA OSMTH-OSMTJ A LA INVESTIDURA Y OTROS ACTOS DEL PROGRAMA. Boletín de Inscripción Personal: El Programa General de los actos, ver documento adjunto, indica claramente a que actividad pueden asistir los miembros de la OSMTH-OSMTJ, así como los postulantes, familiares y amigos que acudan a Granada en septiembre. La Organización se reserva el derecho de modificar el Programa, lo que se dará cuenta en la Web Oficial del Gran Priorato de España. Para poder asistir a los actos previstos, es necesario remitir por fax el Boletín de Inscripción Personal, ver documento adjunto, y remitirlo al número de fax que en él aparece y siguiendo sus indicaciones, cumplimentando claramente todos y cada uno de los datos que se solicitan. Este formulario incluye la inscripción obligatoria que da derecho a la asistencia, así como el pago para asistir a la cena de gala y el importe para el transporte a todas las actividades, según corresponda al grado o categoría de los asistentes. De la misma forma se ofrece un programa turístico para el domingo día 9 de septiembre, opcional, que podrá ser seleccionado por los que estén interesados en participar en él. No pudiendo hacerlo quien no lo haya contratado, pues incluye la entrada al recinto de la Alhambra, Patrimonio Mundial de la Humanidad por la UNESCO. El pago de los servicios que en él boletín se indican, y la confirmación por parte de la Organización, darán derecho a la asistencia a cada uno de los actos indicados. Boletín de Alojamiento: Dos son los hoteles contratados por la Organización: El Hotel Oficial donde estará ubicada la Oficina de Organización, Hotel Alhamar, y un segundo hotel, Hotel Nazaríes. Debido a que en las mismas fechas coincide en la ciudad de Granada la celebración de un importante evento internacional deportivo, es recomendable hacer la reserva de habitación de hotel lo antes posible, pues fuera de las habitaciones reservadas por la Organización y de los precios acordados, existen muchas posibilidades de no encontrar alojamiento o de hacerlo con unos precios superiores. Para hacer la reserva es necesario mandar el Boletín de Alojamiento, ver documento adjunto, al número de fax que en él se indica. Señalando el hotel elegido y haciendo el pago de las cantidades indicadas. Cualquier alojamiento en otro hotel que no sean los previstos por la Organización deberá ser contratado por mediación de la Agencia Oficial, debiendo abonarse el resto de los servicios previstos (inscripción, cena de gala y transporte) igualmente, teniendo en cuenta que los autobuses tendrán como punto de salida y llegada los hoteles Alhamar y Nazaríes. Para el uso de estos servicios se proveerá de la oportuna acreditación sin la que no será posible el acceso a los mismos. La Organización confirmará la reserva al interesado. LANCEMENT DES INSCRIPTIONS POUR ASSISTER AU CONVENT GÉNÉRAL DU CONSEIL INTERNATIONAL ET DE L’INVESTITURE DE L’ORDO SUPREMUS MILITARIS TEMPLI HIEROSOLYMITANI (OSMTH-OSMTJ) Á compter de ce jour, il est désormais possible de renvoyer les bulletins (formulaires) d’inscription pour assister à la réunion du Conseil International de l’Ordre Souverain et Militaire du Temple de Jérusalem et à l’Investiture Internationale qui aura lieu, à l’occasion de cette importante manifestation, dans la ville espagnole de Grenade, le samedi 8 septembre prochain.
PROCÉDURE POUR L’ASSISTANCE DES PRIEURÉS ET DES GRANDS PRIEURÉS DE L’OSMTH-OSMTJ La tenue du Convent Général du Conseil International de l’Ordo Supremus Militaris Templi Hierosolymitani (OSMTH-OSMTJ), qui aura lieu le samedi 8 septembre, à 10h30, est exclusivement réservée aux Prieurés et Grands Prieurés reconnus, de même qu’aux personnes expressément invitées à cet effet. La salle de réunion sera équipée d’un système de traduction simultanée en espagnol, français et anglais, qui permettra une compréhension parfaite entre les assistants, ainsi que l’enregistrement de la session. Á cause de problèmes techniques et par manque d’espace, on ne permettra d’assister à la session qu’à deux membres par délégation (un titulaire et un suppléant). Pour assister à la réunion des accréditations et des badges d’identification seront délivrés et il faudra les présenter visiblement aux membres chargés de la sécurité, dans la salle de réunions. Les Prieurés et les Grands Prieurés qui assisteront devront renvoyer par fax (dont le numéro est indiqué sur le formulaire) le Bulletin d’Inscription du Prieuré, il est envoyé par courriel, en suivant les recommandations qui apparaissent sur celui-ci et en remplissant clairement l’ensemble des informations requises. De même, afin de pouvoir délivrer l’accréditation donnant accès à la salle, une photo de chacun des assistants au format jpg (pas plus de 1 Mb) devra être jointe au courrier dirigé à: sevilladeportes@viajeseci.es en indiquant à l’attention de Mlle Susana Fashho ou de Monsieur Claudio Humanes (dans le champ objet), en donant comme nom de fichier le nom de la personne à qui elle appartient (il devra correspondre au nom indiqué sur le formulaire) et en notant dans le corps du message "Assistance au Convent Général Ordo Supremus Militaris Templi Hierosolymitani (OSMTH-OSMTJ) ". Le paiement des 50 € d’inscription, par chacun des Prieurés ou Grands Prieurés, (50 €, seulement par Prieuré ou Grand Prieuré), donne lieu à la confirmation de l’assistance, la part de l’Organisation. Le Programme Général des manifestations, voir document ci-joint, stipule clairement quelles sont les activités auxquelles peuvent assister les membres de l’OSMTH-OSMTJ, de même que les postulants, leur famille et amis qui se rendront à Grenade, en septembre. L’Organisation se réserve le droit de modifier le Programme, par simple information sur la Web Officielle du Grand Prieuré d’Espagne. Afin de pouvoir assister aux actes prévus, il convient de renvoyer par fax le Bulletin d’inscription Personnelle, voir document ci-joint, au numéro qui apparaît, en suivant les indications et en remplissant clairement tous les champs requis. Ce formulaire comprend l’inscription obligatoire qui donne droit à assister à l’événement, de même que le paiement pour assister au dîner de gala, le montant du transport pour l’ensemble des activités, en fonction du grade ou de la catégorie des assistants. En outre, un programme touristique est proposé pour le dimanche 9 septembre, en option, auquel pourront se joindre tous les intéressés. Ceux qui ne l’auront pas réservé ne pourront pas y prendre part, car il comprend l’entrée dans le site de l’Alhambra, classé Patrimoine Mondial de l’Humanité, par l’Unesco. Le paiement des services indiqués dans le présent bulletin et la confirmation par l’Organisation donnera droit d’accès à chacun des actes indiqués. Bulletin d’hébergement : L’Organisation a sollicité deux hôtels : L’hôtel Alhamar qui sera l’hôtel officiel et où se trouvera le Bureau de l’Organisation et un deuxième, l’hôtel Nazaríes. Ces mêmes dates coïncidant avec la tenue, à Grenade, d’un important événement sportif international, il est recommandé de réserver la chambre d’hôtel le plus tôt possible. Car, en dehors des chambres pré-réservées par l’Organisation aux prix convenus, vous avez toutes les chances de ne pas trouver d’hébergement, ou à des prix bien plus élevés. Pour faire la réservation, il faut renvoyer le Bulletin d’Hébergement, voir document ci-joint, au numéro de fax indiqué, en signalant l’hôtel choisi et en procédant au paiement des montants indiqués. Tout hébergement autre que ceux prévus par l’Organisation devra être réservé par le biais de l’Agence Officielle, en devant payer également l’ensemble des services prévus (inscription, dîner de gala et transport), en tenant compte également que les autocars auront comme point de départ et d’arrivée les hôtels Alhamar et Nazaríes. Pour avoir accès à ces services, vous devrez vous munir de l’accréditation appropriée, sans laquelle vous ne pourrez pas y avoir accès. L’Organisation confirmera la réservation à l’intéressé(e). APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR ATTENDANCE BY PRIORIES AND GRAND PRIORIES OF THE OSMTH-OSMTJ Only recognised Priories and Grand Priories, plus those who have been expressly invited, can attend the meeting of the General Convention of the Ordo Supremus Militaris Templi Hiersolymitani (OSMTH-OSMTJ) which will be held at 10:30 am on the 8th of September. A simultaneous translation system in Spanish, French and English will be installed in the meeting room so that all attendees can fully understand each other and that also will provide a recording of the session. Due to technical problems and space restrictions, only 2 members of each delegation, (a master and a deputy), may attend. To be allowed entrance to the meeting room appropriate identity permits will be sent out which will have to be shown to the designated security staff. Priories and Grand Priories who wish to attend must return the Priories’ Application Form, (It is sent by e-mail), by fax, using the number shown on the form and, following the instructions therein, completing all sections clearly and giving all the information required. In addition, for the identity permits giving access to the meeting room, a photograph of each attendee, in the format .jpg (and no larger than 1Mb), must be attached to an e-mail and sent to sevilladeportes@viajeseci.es Write “A la atención de la señorita Susana Fashho o el señor Claudio Humanes” in the Subject field of the e-mail. The name of the person in the photograph must be written as the file name and must correspond exactly to the name on the Application Form. The Organization will send confirmation of attendance on receipt of an application fee of 50 euros per Priory or Grand Priory, (only per Priory, not per person). Personnel Application Form: The General Programme of events, see appended document, indicates clearly the activities that can be attended by members of the OSMTH-OSMTJ, as well as by the postulants, families and friends, who are coming to Granada in September. Amounts vary according to rank or category of attendee. The same form gives details of the optional tourist programme on Sunday, the 9th of September. Interested parties can select this. However no one will be able to go on this programme if they have not made a prior reservation, and this is especially true of entrance to the interior of the Alhambra which has been designated as a World Heritage Site by the UNESCO. Payment for the services shown on the form, plus confirmation from the Organization, will give permission to attend each of the events selected. Accommodation Form: Two hotels have been reserved by the Organization: the Hotel Alhamar which is the Official Hotel containing the Organization’s Office; and the other is the Hotel Nazaríes. Owing to the fact that there is also an international sports event in the city of Granada on the same dates as the Convention it is recommended that hotel room reservations be made as soon as possible. This is because, apart from the rooms reserved by the Organisation at favourable rates, there may be few rooms available or only those at inflated prices. To make a reservation it is necessary to return the Accommodation Form, appended, by fax, using the number shown on the form. Mark the desired hotel and pay the appropriate amount shown.
Accommodation in alternative hotels, as opposed to the designated hotels, still must be booked through the Official Travel Agency and equally the registration, gala dinner and transport must also be paid through them. The pick up and drop off points will be only at the Hotels Alhamar and Nazaríes. For the use of this service we will provide identifying permits without which transport will be refused. The Organization will confirm the reservation with the applicant.
